Job Objectives
I. Urban Design
Be in charge of the preparations (modification) for urban design master planning.
Be in charge of the selected urban design area of implementation and decision-making for urban design planning projects.
Be in charge of the preparations (modification) for urban landscape planning.
Be in charge of the regional planning project for critical urban landscape planning and implementation scheme.

II. Urban Development
Be in charge of the standardized principle of review operations on development permit.
Be in charge of the maintenance principle to perform and keep track of the operation on development permit review as well as environmental management.
Be in charge of the operating principle to propose an NGO incentive adoption. Go through the beautification of the facilities for urban environment.
Be in charge of the selection issues for urban development areas.
Be in charge of the development permit review on urban design and land use.

III. Transfer of Development Rights (TDR)
Be in charge of norms of transfer of development rights and formulation of permit operations.
Be in charge of the case review for TDR applications.

IV. Integrated Planning-in-Process for Urban Styles & Town Styles
Be in charge of applications for urban styles and town styles in addition to the proposal operations.

Development Permits and Reviews on Urban Design and Land Use
I. It should be notified here in the urban planning guidebook. All issues that need to be checked and reviewed by the government and the special buildings, urban design reviews of mass public construction and public buildings should all be included.

Transfer of Development Rights for Urban Planning
I. The reserved land TDR of public facilities in the private urban planning refers to the park lands assigned by the city urban planning, kids’ playground lands, parks and kids’ playground land, parking lot land, green space, plaza land, and planned roads. It was restricted to these and other reserved lands of public facilities in private urban planning.
II. Implemented TDR for valuable construction refers to all kinds of  construction  below which are:.
(1) Historic relics, conservation areas and registered historical buildings appointed by the governing agencies;
(2) Buildings that have been approved by the review committee of city urban design and development permit for land use or certified by the review committee of city urban renewal and were posted on the government notice.
